- Hello Fizbo, sorry to hear that Max is missing, the dog I found had a brown material collar (no studs) and he was not micro chipped, the vet came up with me and scanned him all over, he had no white markings. It is very sad that no one in our area has reported a missing dog fitting this description. Also please make a note that this dog was foound in the SP4 area not SP5 xx

- fizbo, can you call the number above for more information? It does say that this found one is chipped so unless the owner's contact details have changed they should be able to be traced. I hope you manage to find out one way or the other if this is yours, the not knowing is so hard.

- poor thing,I lostmy patterdale x terrier on fathers day this year called Max this may be him he was wearing a brown leather collar did it have small studs on. He's all black with full tail and a white strope down his chest could you let me know thanks Fizbo

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
