Thanks for the reunited photo Jacks,he looks none the worse for his adventure. Not sure if it was Abbotsbury (village) or Abbotsbury Road Weymouth that he was found.

pickles was in the farm yard close to home sitter and another dog then just vanished, he made his way to abbotsbury village where he was picked up by finder saturday pm who lives in weymouth, who contacted dog warden, and was picked up this afternoon from finder who had very kindly looked after him, he did not know area well from which he was lost, owners are unaware of his adventure untill tomorrow when they return from holiday ... very releived home sitter and her family.Last edited: 2012-08-01 20:02:53 by jacks

Thank you Jacks for all the work you have done to spread the word. We need to know if Pickles owners are aware that he is missing, they are the best people to bring him out if he is hiding somewhere. Unfortunately I have not been anle to trace a number to contact the person who was looking after him although I have heard that she has had a lot of bad luck over the weekend. Please if you are reading this can you call admin for my mobile number and give me a call? I have left a message on the number above but no reply to that either yet.

Sorry that there are no photos available as his owner is away so similar pic put on for posters to go out. Rural area but should be quite a few walkers about.
