- I have just read on FB by the person who had lost her that she was found :)
This is what they said:
"One worn out doggy back safe and sound. she was found at the back of a pub where we first started walk about a mile and a half away from where she was lost!! They reckon she had been there all night and wouldnt come to them till seven last night. She was then given two steak dinners and apparently became a bit of celebrity in pub. Someone then remembered seeing us on sunday all together!!!!"
Welcome home Daisy, stay safe little one xx - 2012-07-31 13:58 Pete the Dog (Guildford Borough Council)
- I have heard on the grapevine that this dog has been returned to owners?? A dog of similar description has been allegedly roaming around in Albury where, last night, it was finally captured using the "freshly cooked beef from a pub" method. The dog has seemingly passed from hand to hand and has (i hope) found its way back to the person who lost it- Perhaps they update us please? If not I may have vital information about the dog...

- Dog warden is aware but PLEASE (message to ALL losers of dogs), whenever you lose a dog CALL YOUR LOCAL DOG WARDEN!! We are not the baddies!! We (and our colleagues) have lists of sightings, and kennels FULL of unhomed dogs. We cant all look on DOGLOST and many dont.
