I have just spoken to Austin's owner and im happy to say that he is home :)) He was reunite with his owners on 31/7/12 ( i have put todays date so people can see he is home)

someone had found him and contacted the Dog Warden, they then went to LDCH to pick him up. They wanted to contact the finder to thank them but LCDH can't give that info out, so ive suggested that they contact the DW and ask if they could pass on their contact number to the finder. Austins got lovely, caring owners :) Well done to finder :)
