Pepper was found this morning near a farm she had been hanging around. She has been to vet for check and now has a chip.

Hi,

This is not the dog that was found in Earlswood Lakes, have had a chat with owner. Pepper was last sighted heading over to Amber Hill 9pm on Wednesday and also possible sightings on the Friday in the area.

FOUND

This Labrador female was tied up at Earlswood Lakes on 01/08/12. Sweet girl
loves to give paw; slightly timid on the first meeting but now has bags
of confidence. No owner has yet to come forward. No tag or chip found.
Approx 1 year old. May have come from another area or a deliberate
dumping.

Pepper was sold to a couple who live at Holland Fen. The new owner took her out for a walk without a lead just half an hour after the previous owner left and she understandably did a runner. Bless her she is probably trying to make her way home.

Email received from owner to say it is only the lab that is missing so I have changed the details. Not sure why they put "and Border Terrier" on the original posting.
