Thankyou for this your-dog-walker i've just called the vets who said that they have nothing on their records about a dog being handed in to them but we're going to have a drive down and have a look at this poster and see if we can make out if this is Jake Dog or not, keeping everything crossed x

Today I was walking at Western Flatts Cliff Park and saw a b&w poster displaying "found". The image was dark but was similar in size to Jake Dog and the poster said it had been handed into the vets at Whingate junction. It gave a telephone No. 0113 279 1576 which is Yorkshire Vets on Tong Road. Hope this is Jake Dog but cannot check it out because they are closed today.

So far there have been no further reported sightings of Jake.

Hi Cathie, this does seem like a good idea, i'm going to try and do this later, thank you x
cathie
Just a thought but it might be a good idea to set up a facebook page for Jake, like the one for help find snickers if you get chance to look at it. It keeps people aware and the word can spread faster because people will share it on their walls etc x
cathie
No problem at all, I am going to do some more after work, I will post on here again tomorrow to let you know where I have put them x

another sighting on the Leeds Ring Road this morning at around 8.30am on the Swinnow slip road, the guy almost hit him and tried to get him but he wouldn't come near as he's so timid he ran off into the bushes, just called the police who had received a call from someone at around the same time at Dawsons Corner roundabout who also almost hit him, the police attended about 10 mins after the call, no sign of him. Still holding out hope
