- If he was seen on Lower Bedfords Road, keep postering round there. Poster every other lamp post, every other telegraph pole. Really get in people's faces so they can't forget. You just never know which poster will the one to bring him home. Have you called the Highways and the council cleansing depts? these people work the raods and often see dogs so givce them posters too. Give the to the dustmen and postmen as they are out early, milkmen too. Please even visit the rescues and kennels to check yourself. Also are there posters in all the vets? Keep going, someone knows where he is or he could still be running loose so you need those sightings. x

- Worth a try. Well done! If he is not chipped you need to call dog warden and all rescues and kennels daily as they do forget and dogs can get rehomed after 7 days, so keep on top of that. You really must call Network Rail again and again. You must rule this out and to do that you have to be determined to get the info you require, as we advised a few days ago. I want you to eliminate this, but knowing Network Rail, you have to force them to find out anything. We need to narrow everything down. The sighting at the golf course may have been your staffy or it could have been another one, as there are a lot of staffies in this area. We need to find out for sure so you must poster everywhere, and I mean everywhere! Then you should get more sightings or calls and we can maybe figure it out, okay? It all helps. It is easier to print one poster from this site and get it copied at a local printers who may do a deal for you. Even black and white photocopies get the word out and photocopies last well in the rain. You really do need at least a couple of hundred out there. If he was on the golf course, others may have seen him. If he has been picked up or stolen, then these posters will make him too hot to handle! Please do not think it is impossible! It really is possible to find your dog, but you have to make it your mission. 100's of dogs get back home on this site, but owners have to work hard and follow our advice. It really is not impossible. Go find your fur baby! We are here if you need anything. x
