- Other Info Spencer is been looked after by the owners dad whilst she is on holiday. He was walking Spencer and his own dog when a dog approached from behind. Spencer started jumping around and he then pulled back and his collar came off. He ran off with the other dog chasing him. Spencer has not been seen since. - Owners father has no access to a computer and is not computer savvy. Is there anyone in the area Spencer went missing from to help with postrering etc.
