I have just had a call from Patric with the WONDERFUL news that they have just got Pheobe back ! !
She had been taken in by people living further across fields fom her home and has apparently been in the lap of luxury with her finders and a big thankyou to them for keeping her safe. Welcome home Pheobe and please stay safe from now on xxx Pam

Not sure the description matches - no mention of black for a start, but looking at the postcode - this found is not far up the road. Wondered if it might be worth a phone call?

Owners have contacted petlog and their local stray kennels but so far no news of Phoebe.
Hopefully someone has taken her in and she will be reunited with her owners via her chip or through posters. Anyone finding a dog is required by law to report this to the dog warden. Hoping for news of Phoebe very soon xx
