- Fantastic news! Mole is home! He appeared on the lane outside the owner's house at 1 o'clock in the morning after being missing for 9 half days. He has a few injuries including puncture wounds and was taken straight to the vets.
Hoping Mole makes a full recovery xxx - 2012-08-30 19:18 Unknown

- Have now spoken to the owners. Mole has been missing since Monday. He was in the garden with his owner when he started to push his way through a very thick hedge (she thinks he got the smell of a rabbit). Owner tried to stop him but he was too quick and by the time she had got to the other side of the hedge Mole had gone and hasn't been seen since. There is a possibility that he is stuck down a fox or rabbit hole and they have been checking them out and even had the local Dynarod guys in to help but so far no luck. Owner did think she heard some faint barking on the day he went missing but nothing since. Dog wardens, vets and rescue centres have been contacted. Posters and flyers are being handed out and owner is going to call the local radio station and ask for an appeal to be put out. He has also been adveretised in the local papers. If Mole ran in a certain direction he could have run onto the road that goes from Haverhill to Cambridge.Last edited: 2012-08-30 14:08:35 by AlisonH
