  • Other Info Willow is a very good natured dog about 12-13yrs old, lots of gray hairs on his face, his collar is white with faded bone patterns in a reflective colour, its possible his collar could come off as its a bit loose. He had a toe amputated 3 mths ago,but walks fine. he has become very clingy recently and show signs of anxiety when I'm not around. He also has gone a bit deaf, his sense of direction is not as good as it used to be.

Thanks, I'm glad to have him back, I'll buy natural remedy for him to help with his anxiety, this way I will be able to leave him in the house more without disturbing anyone in the stairs due to his howling...

Willow was rescued by member of the public after he was seen playing with the traffic. After talking to owner several times I think this wee dog has got dementia.Very common in elderly dogs.I don't think he will be left anywhere on his own again. He is lucky to be alive.Last edited: 2012-09-01 15:43:06 by Sable - Regional Co-ordinator - Scotland

Welcome home Willow. Not a good idea to leave your dog outside a shop. My friend had hers stolen in this way. but was happily reunited. Owner. You can get something for anxiety for cats and dogs. I believe it is sold under the name of "Anxiety" A friend has used it with good results. You can get it "Over the counter" from health shops, but I would check with your vet first. Stay safe now Willowxxx
