Great news well done for making her too hot to handle.

Great news, Miliie was handed in to Pets at home in Park Gate by 2 boys, who said that they had found her in the car park.
Smithy
I have just arranged for another lost add to go in the Echo, this time it will have a picture and a description of who picked her up.
Smithy
We have just driven past, no pick up there today, but I will keep looking.
Inkie's Mum
No, I meant the one with the mobile home on it, by the Segensworth Roundabout, there's a white pick-up often parked up there, and driven by a large bald headed guy. Not sure he's Polish, but the site is owned by UK travellers.

I saw a dog very similar to Millie in Pets at Home yesterday being carried by a woman. I even commented about her wriggling. May have not been Millie, and I can't remember if the dog was a boy or girl. Looked about the same age

I agree that you shouldn't jump to conclusions and yes I would have had the same thoughts. I guess the car wash is that at the Shell Garage. If it were the Polish car wash then (a) the vehicle would have to drive off in the direction of the Makro roundabout and (b) you can't see Cartwright Drive from there anyway. The Shell garage has CCTV everywhere but unlikely you can gain access to it. But keep trying...
Smithy
Police are checking the caravan park, I know that you should never jump to conclusions but it was the first place we thought of.
Is the car wash you are taking about actaully on the segensworth roundabout, or is it the one on the A27 next to the cafe?Last edited: 2012-09-10 12:34:43 by Smithy

Millie will wriggle,it depends on how you hold herand whether she actually wants to be held.
Kimmi_and_Scrumpy
This may seem like a random question, but does Millie wriggle if you carry her in your arms?

I received some of your posters last week and was just wondering what news you had. Two posts ago you were talking about a pick up and three men etc who went off down Cartwright Drive. Could I suggest that you contact the Police and Fareham Dog Warden again and ask them to checkout Tynefield Caravan Site, Whitely Lane (off Cartwright Drive). (I also believe they have CCTV at the entrance.
Inkie's Mum
Hi, have you checked the car wash people up by Segensworth r'about, as they have a white pick-up and a bald man there... not accusing, just saying.
Smithy
We have found out that a couple stopped to pick Millie up and the woman actually had Millie in her arms when a white pick up truck with 3 men in it pulled up behind them. A large bald headed man got out and took Millie from her saying that they new the dog and would return it to its owner. The pickup then drove off down Cartwright Drive
We have repoerted it to the police and they are going to see if they can find any cctv footage. There is a chance they may do a press release, if they do not I will run the lost notice again saying that she was een being picked up be 3 men.
I can only assume they have sold her or they have kept her thinking they can breed from her.

I have also put an advert in the Portsmouth Evening News. We have distributed over 2000 flyers and the only sightings have been on the A27. I think that a car has stopped and picked her up butntheynhave kept her rather than handing her in.

There's a lost notice in the Daily Echo today for Millie. She was last seen outside Eaton Fans on the Segensworth Ind Est, its a main road through the estate. There's the m27 and railway line just down from where she was seen. Stay safe Millie

As a registered helper in this area, just to let you know I didn't get a notification about Millie being missing.
Inkie's Mum
Hi, PO14 area is quite large, any more information on where Millie was lost and the circumstances? Off work at the mo, so happy to help where I can
