Thanks for your help Gaynor, glad to hear that this little guy is safely home. I hope the other little dog gets caught soon too.

Have just spoken to Jack's owner to offer to help with the search as I live literally one minute from where he was lost. Apparently he's been found safe and well much to owner's relief. He's also been contacted this morning by Stoke City Council to say there's a brown and white Jack Russell running around Stoke town centre - this isn't Jack as he is already back home safe. Hopefully they will be sending the Dog Warden out to catch this second dog, but if anyone is reading this who has lost one (described as white with brown spots) then please contact the Council.

I have posted you poster on my facebook page. I have quite a few paramedic friends who work in the area and have asked them in particular to keep an eye out for little Jack in that area. Fingers crossed he will be home with you very soon. xx

So sorry to see this - I'm really hoping someone has taken him in for the night, that's what happened with my dog, so it's well worth getting out there and postering x

As Jack has no ID please make sure that you visit Stoke City Dogs Home on a very regular basis and check yourself if he's there.
