Please can anyone advise is there any news about this dog ? We are desperately looking for Rambo and cannot rule out this dog it would be terrible if it was Rambo and he had escaped from the people that stole him only to be taken in by someone else who decided to keep him and not report it. Oh dear a bit of a mix up here I can see it certainly wasn't mentioned the dog had ben picked up from the vets after being handed in to my knowledge. So grateful for you keeping an eye out for Rambo - I too have a massive soft spot for GSDs. Thanks so much. Lets hope you manage to get to the bottom of this GSD. With all good wishes. Julie xx

I have not managed to speak to finder, no answer phone. The people who I thought this dog belonged to lost the dog at the time this one was roughly alledged to be found but had picked the dog up from a local vets after someone handed him in. It could be the same dog and the person who put the found report on here might not have mentioned that.
Julie I always keep an eye out for Rambo I carry his photo with me all the time. (massive soft spot for GSD's)

Basildon DW - is there any chance this could be Rambo? I did ask Owner to check when first found and he seemed to think owners had been found. Perhaps you could bear Rambo in mind as difficult with no picture to look at. Many thanks. Julie. xx

This dog has not been collected by our service and I believe it has not been reported as found (an offence under the EPA 1990)a GSD had been reported as missing but I do not have access to my records at the moment. I urge the finder to conact our service on 01268 286622 so we can collect this dog and reunite it withs the owners.

Thank you for taking the time to list this found dog and ensuring the safety of the dog.
Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
Please check on our Missing pages in case the Found dog has been registered as missing with us.
If possible please add a photo as this greatly assists our work in matching Found dogs with Missing dogs.
