Hi this is Misha's mum. I have moved to Wiltshire but have notified Petlog so that if Misha is found she will be returned to the right address. I am still running a pet care company and am in the process of giving all the local vets a copy of the 'Vets Get Scanning' appeal, I am also getting the petition signed by everyone I can. I believe that if vets were to scan every new dog that came into their surgery's a lot more owners would be reunited. Just over two years ago I took my new pup to my vet to have a health check and was suprised that he did not scan her, when I questioned him he said he knew me very well, however this was not to say that the pup I had bought in good faith may not have been stolen. I have also signed the petition for 'Jester's Law' and would urge you all to do the same. This is to get all road kill pets scanned before they are destroyed. Thank you to all you good people for your support. KarenLast edited: 2017-05-14 11:15:40 by Karen - Solstices Missing Dogs and Wiltshire volunteer

Thank you all for your kind messages, I can't believe that the was no link for you to leave a message as Misha has been registered on this site since 2002 and the picture of her with my daughter has also been on here since, 2002. I am glad that now prehaps some of you will keep your eyes open for her as we really do miss her and I will continue to do all I can to help many of you find your beloved pets. Thank you all K.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Don't know if male or female but a young black & white husky was seen running loose in Harrow town centre on Sunday evening - might be worth contacting dog warden in that area?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have there really been no new sightings of Misha at all? She is so distinctive would it be worth writing to all your local vets again and sending a poster and asking them to scan all Huskies, there can't be that many in your area.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

poor misha, poor owners, I do know what you are going through, unfortunately as we get further down the list we get viewed less and less often, try posting on a more popular page to remind us to still look out for you. Dolly 6.2.05Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Yes I know what you meen. It is really hard to keep up with them all. I see them myself and they have no posts you dont know if the dogs been found or the owners have given up hope. We dont have a clue if the owner doesnt post. But when I saw the owners post I just felt so sorry for them and how I would feel if it was my dog out there all alone. At least if you get support you must feel your dog stands a better chance. Just want to help these poor dogs. I know you ALL meen well and do your best. THankyou SharonxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I think the reason no one has posted on Misha's page is because there are so many dogs going missing that before you know it... you can't keep up. Thinking of you. Take care.xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

The forum was only added to the site last year-before that there was no way to leave messages-this could be why the owner has had no messages. We will keep an eye out for Misha up here.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I cant believe that poor Misha as been on this site for well over 2 years and none of us have left any words of support or comfort for her owners who still miss her so much. I can honestly say Im ashamed of myself. Some on here have hundreds of replies and poor Misha had 1 and that was from her owner (untill now). Thinking of you Misha and hope wherever you are you are happy and well cared for. Sharonxx Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I am still missing my beloved Misha and hope one day she turns up in a vet's that bother to scan new dogs. and hopefully I will get her back. Since Misha went missing I have picked up many stray dogs and have managed to reunite many with their owners without the stress of going into rescue centres or police stations.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
