Lovely reunited photo. stay safe little puppy.xx

it seems to be more & more dogs are being stolen from their own gardens, it is awful that they are not even safe in their own property. It is lovely to know that the people who bought him were so honest though and gave him back to his family. Welcome home, keep safe xxx

Thanks ok, I'm just glad she is home safe and sound. The reunited photo is so nice to see. I'll try and get all the posters in Shipley down later. I'm sure the people in the various shops and vets will be very pleased to hear the news as they all promised to look out for her.

Merlintrude. Fair enough, understandable if the moron who sold her seemed like an unsavoury character.

Cash's owner just rang me to say she was back safe. It seems the people who bought her saw her with a man outside the Shipley Pride pub he wanted £75 for her and they walked off, but returned shortly after as they didn't feel happy to leave her with the man so they walked back, bought her and took her home. It was only when they saw a poster yesterday they realised it was the same pup and texted owner around midnight (last night). Owner went and collected her from them in the early hours of this morning. It is a pity she wasnt taken and checked for a chip, but can only assume they probably thought she wouldnt have one - being in the hands of the moron who was selling her. She has been looked after well and was very happy to see her owner when she arrived. Am so glad this little one is back with her family & is safe & well. Owner asked me also say THANK YOU to Phoenix for her help.

Thrilled to see Cash is back home with her family. Well done to the people who handed her back. Though I cant understand why a person would buy a dog in this way. Stay safe now Cash:-)xxx

Welcome home Cash so happy for you and your owners. Well done to the people who inadvertently bought her and handed her back when they knew she belonged to someone else. Pity they all don't do the same. Well done everybody xx

I know Cash's family and have just been informed Cash is back home, she was stolen from the garden and sold in a pub 10 minutes later, the couple who bought her handed her back after seeing posters in local town. Many thanks for your help.

Going into Shipley now to put some posters up in the pet shops, Yorkshire Wildlife Rescue charity shop and the vets.

Contacted owner as fairly local. Cash is still only a pup as she is only approx 13 weeks old and only with owner for a couple of weeks but she has been microchipped and vaccinated. Was wearing a collar with contact ID tags when went missing. She has a BROWN nose (as opposed to black) and GREEN eyes.Cash was last seen in the garden by her owner on Saturday morning whilst gardening. She had been in garden approx 1 hr and called Cash over to her (who came to her) owner then carried on for approx 5 - 10 mins then noticed Cash wasnt around. Called for her but didnt come - checked in the house and then with the neighbours but no sign of her. Owner has another staffy who would usually bark if anyone was around but nothing was heard. Owner has tried contacting the dog warden but unable to speak to anyone though has been in contact with Fleet Kennels at Queensbury so they are aware she is missing . Posters have been put up around Baildon but have suggested expanding the area in case someone has found Cash and taken her in. As owner suspects Cash may have been taken, the police have also been notified and a crime reference number obtained.
"Anibase" ( Chip Co) have also been informed that Cash is missing. Hope this girl is home soon.
