- Owner needs to contact DW, vets and poster asap. Visit the dog pound, put an ad in the paper and on the radio (if possible) check sites on the internet. Hand out flyers to dog walkers and post them through letter boxes. Speak to the postman. Talk to farmers, railtrack and the Highways Agency (if necessary)
