Well I never. Welcome home sweet Fudge. Some people simply do not know what to do about finding a dog and with the police refusing to take them now, they seem to get panicky about telling dog wardens. I do not know the story to this, but I am so glad Fudge has got home. What a week of worry for owners and yes, Fudge should have been reported as stolen because if they are not reported to dog warden, in effect, that is what they are, stolen. Even if well meaning. Look forward to hearing owner's story. Well done as the posters must have worked! Thank you Debs, for updating too. x

Owner is now going to report Fudge as stolen as he was seen an hour after he went missing getting onto a bus with a girl at Wood Grange going towards Shoebury. Owner needs a CRN to view CCTV footage. Please keep a look out in the area everyone. Thanks. xx

Shared with dog walking friends and on my fb and also on Southend-on-Sea fb page. As Debs says poster like mad and also hand small fliers to those who are out when the roads are quiet, postmen, milkmen, cab drivers etc. Check all the local vets and with the Southend Dog Warden on 01702 215005 and Rochford District Dog Warden on 01702 318111. Also contact Acres Way Kennels on 01268 770402. Good luck, with us all looking I hope he is home soon.

Have shared this boy a fair bit on facebook. Rang Medivet Eastwood, no reports as yet of him being handed in to them. Have advised owners to ring Acresway in the morning and to poster heavily
