So sorry to hear Asty is missing.Do we know what part of Winterton the dog was seen.I am unable to get over to winterton area but will look in the DN15 area of scunthorpe just in case, it could have been someone with their own dog, especially as not many details given to owner.

Thanks Jayne and Badger !
Badger I did ask the owner if Asty was on her wn or with someone and he said the call with the sighting ( from a witheld number ) was very short and he didn't get many details from them but he believes Asty was with someone .
Badger
Iga - I live locally to the area of the possible sighting so will keep an eye out for Asty. Do you know if she was sighted with someone or was she wandering alone? Local rescue kennels to contact are Sangreat Kennels at Scawby Brook, Nr Brigg and Jay Gee Sanctuary for Dogs at Broughton, Nr Brigg. Hoping Asty is back home very soon.Last edited: 2012-09-30 10:17:06 by Badger

Asty's owners have reported her as missing to the dog warden, informed the chipping company that she is missing and i have advised they contact the Stray kennels.
They have been postering and have received a call with a possible SIGHTING of her in WINTERTON. Hoping Asty is back home very soon xxx.
