JR went missing on 17/6/12, (Fathers Day), from Breckswood Plantation, Clifton in Nottingham.
He's 15 years old, not microchipped.
Wearing a blue collar, no tag.
He has one of his toes missing from his back left foot.
JR also suffers from Dementia.
