Spoke to owners who are over the moon to have Tasha back. She had been picked up last night and taken in. Owners, family and friends have been out searching for her and were directed to an area where she was seen being picked up. They knocked on all the doors and found the family who were looking after her.

I've given owners advice on getting her chipped, which they want to do a.s.a.p. I will pass their details onto a DL helper who does microchipping, but they can also take her to the Dog's Trust or RSPCA.

Thanks to the Freshfield worker for passing DL details onto owners and giving them advice, also many thanks to Tasha's finders for looking after her. x

I was alerted earlier today while out to Tasha missing by Freshfields as owner had rang them reporting her missing. Checked in Halewood RSPCA while I was in the kennels this afternoon and had a message from Freshfield with the great news Tasha is now reunited with her family.

Have great pleasure in moving her into the BLUE, welcome home Tasha sending you lots of hugs and cuddles. I've cropped and reloaded the photo/s so we can see her better, you will need to refresh the page to view them.

Thanks skippy, they may well have been her missing details registered on the AW site, not the first time we have seen dogs details on as found instead of missing. x

There is a 'found' report for Tasha I think on the animal wardens site today- though I'm a little confused that they would know her name if she isn't tagged or chipped. I have text to alert the owner to this:
