Thought I recognised him when seen his photo on owners fb page. They have rang the AW's but not getting any answer, they have left a message. Fingers crossed it is BUNGLE which there is a good chance it is as do not see a lot of CHOW CHOW's. x

WOO HOO Bungle is back HOME.

I had a call earlier from owner as they had had a tip off where he was. Gave advice to owner on what to do and when they went to the property they could hear him barking in the house. Group of lads outside the house said they found him not far from where owner lives on the day he went missing and have been checking on gumtree. He has been looked after and owner is happy.

It is not uncommon for found dogs not to be reported as found to the Dog Warden as not everyone knows what to do and that it is the law they are reported as found.

It has all worked out well and thank you to finders for looking after him and to the Police who were going to assist if required.

Bungle was already booked in to get NEUTERED and this can now go ahead as planned.

WELCOME HOME Bungle and into the BLUE you go sending you lots of hugs and cuddles. xxx

I work with dog rescue and get alot of alerts I too have seen a very similiar looking chow on fb, with the same name, I have asked the person who posted it to let me know where this dog is situated.

The details I'd seen of him on facebook were one of the times he was reunited. Owner is convinced someone has him as there have been no sightings of him. x

Have made contact with owner now. Bungle has gone missing from home on Wednesday 26th, the door had been left open by accident. He is MICROCHIPPED and I've advised owner reports him missing with the Chip Co a.s.a.p. and update their address details which are out of date, the contact phone number is o.k. Will email info/advice to owner.

This is the third time Bungle has gone missing in the past few weeks, he was taken in locally and once ended up in Halewood RSPCA. He is registered on the AW's three times:

I have been alerted by Freshfield and also a DL helper regarding this boy. It was too late for me to contact owners. I was in Halewood RSPCA this afternoon and there are no Chow's in the kennels unless he was in the booking in block. Hope he is back home soon if not already.

I am trying to find a post on facebook that was posted the other day of a found Chow, the pic was of it in a car. It was posted before this one has been reported missing, but wondering if it is the same Chow and he has gone missing again. I do not know the owner and will try and contact them tomorrow ringing the number provided. xx
