Been along canal with my dogs this afternoon and have seen a missing poster for poor Kizer and family have written on the poster that Kizer was found drowned and has been buried in a family plot on the 12th of october.

Family have been searching the area in the park now with no luck but have spoken to a few people, who have said it has been sighted a few times today round the park. It got too dark so family are going to try tomorrow. A lady was walking her dogs and said she goes with hers a few times a day and if she can catch it she will take it to Padiham police station, owner will ring the station in the morning. x

Owner has just been alerted to a POSSIBLE SIGHTING, seen yesterday in bushes nr Bedford Park in Padiham. If there is anyone in the area please look out for him. x

Owner had a call earlier today re a found, finder seen Kizer's details on the net and sent a photo to owner, he is very much like Kizer and has now been reunited with his own family. Kizer's owner has asked if the photo can be used as a SIMILAR PHOTO and it will be uploaded to his DL poster shortly.

Thank you to the finder of the Shih Tzu for contacting Kizer's family and great his family was found. x

Thanks mathers22 your help is greatly appreciated.

Oakmount Veterinary Centre have circulated his details and it was them who I got more info from, I have spoken to them.

It is a family member who has registered the details on DogLost and I've also been liaising with them. Posters have been getting put up in the area and places contacted. I've given more advice over the phone and strongly advised they go as far out as possible.

Hopefully someone has taken him in and once the word is spread more family will get the phone call they are waiting for. x

Another lost dog this weekend is a Shih tzu dog, 5 years old who went missing whilst walking with his owner on the canal on Robinson Lane, between Brierfield and Reedley. He was wearing a red coat. Tan & Beige, he has very distinctive black circles around his eyes. He is a much loved family pet and the other family dog is pining for him.
