There was a dog walker called Tom who was very helpful when "G" the staffordshire bull terrier was missing last year in Streatham/Croydon. I wonder if this is the same person? It it so heart warming to know that people can pull together x

Hi everyone. Great news- I have just spoken with Poppy's owner and she is home safe and sound! She was found in an area right over on the other side of the Common and made her way to a family's garden. They are over the moon! I don't mean to steal their thunder of telling the good news but I was just so excited for them :-) xx

It would be worthwhile contacting Battersea Dog's Home on a daily basis or to go and see what found dogs they have. some of the scanners here in the UK can't read American microchips.

I am on the other side of Streatham High Road near Telford Avenue. I will let my friend know as she is walking on the common (end of Drewstead Rd) a lot with her dogs. I will post on Streatham Hill Vets Facebook page but do call them as well. I have dropped a poster in to Doolittle's pet shop Streatham High Rd, they are closed but will get it tomorrow. I have tweeted. I am taking a 2nd lead with me when I am walking Rosie although I doubt she would be up this far. Have you called the police? They picked up Moll when she went missing because it was so late and she was in the road. I do hope you get some good news soon.

Thanks so much for the response and advice. We've been out searching from 3-11pm and informed all of the mentioned authorities. Posters will go up first thing in the morning, I'll visit team beagle now and keep updating.
