i am the owner, the woman that has taken her is a violent person that didnt want the dog in the first place. I purchased the dog, signed the adoption forms and she is mine. I was thrown out of the house after we owned the dog for 1 week. The rescue kennels have broken the contract i have signed with them to allow her to keep the dog even though she did not pay for it or sign the adoption form that clearly stated that if the adopter is not in a position to keep the dog ( which I am not ) it must be returned to the rescue centre. This is a clear breach of the contract that I signed.

Condoned theft is what it is.

I Dont see how we can help with this dog as you know where it is...all we do is try to locate the whereabouts of the dog which you already know...we do not have any power to get involved with such cases.
