A entire male Patterdale has be found in Bedfordshire. His picture is on the Dogpages website.

If anyone wants to take a look, this and other found dogs are now shown on the Stoke-on-Trent City Council website. They don't always update promptly, but anyway its www2002.stoke.gov.uk/scott/dog_warden_results_pages/dogs_found_details.asp Hope that might help someone

Thanks, the black & white photo I have of him from the local paper only shows his head really, so not sure if any white on him, when I spoke to the owner she didn't say there was any white on him, but don't want to exclude any possibilities!

There is a black Patterdale Cross dog with white chest found in Stoke-on-Trent area if that is of any help - or is this not a Cross? Found 28 September.

Do not lose hope. You have every chance of getting your dog back. I lost my Patterdale 8.5 months and eventually got her back because she was microchipped. She got out of her 'new home' and was picked up by a dog warden.
