- I know this is a long shot after all this time but thought it worth bumping Petra's page after reading this :
New Forest Dog Owners Group
about an hour ago via mobile.
I have just been phoned by Priory Veterinary Group. They have had handed in a small tan and white Papillon type bitch. She has typical Papillon butterfly ears. They say she is wearing a purple and white collar, with no tag and is not chipped. She was found by two ladies who have a "yard" at Holmsley so we are assuming she was being walked somewhere in the area between the timber yard on the A35 towards the East Close Hotel, maybe on Holmsley aerodrome? She is clearly well cared for and doubtless her owners are frantic.
Could you put up a notice and ask anyone to ring Priory on 01202 484466. They have rung the dog warden so she may be moved on. I have also alerted Forest Lodge vets. - 2012-11-28 09:00 Jayne - Founder Doglost.
