Such brilliant news Toby is home !!!! Someone saw his owners poster in Pets at Home and called them to say they thought they had got him. They say they had only had him for 2 weeks amd had found him by the roadside so it's a mystery where he has been for the rest of the time but he was very dirty and matted. Welcome home Toby and please stay safe from now on xxxLast edited: 2012-11-26 17:38:03 by Jumanji - Co-ordinator.South.Yorkshire

It may be a long shot but a rescue kennel called Dun-Roamin Rescue has posted a photo of a shi they picked up in Uttoxeter end of last week. It is on the facebook page which has the above title, would be worth having a look. Fingers crossed.

Thank you albert, I have alerted owner.

I read a post on facebook today that someone had seen a shitzu cross with a brown collar on in Upper / Nether Haugh which I believe is not too far away. They tried to catch the dog but it kept running away. It maybe worth informing owners to have a look in that area.Last edited: 2012-10-21 16:21:34 by albert

Still no news of Toby. His owner has had POSSIBLE SIGHTINGS of a similar dog on its own in the Ardsley area and has been there to search but is not sure it is him.

It is believed that Toby escaped from his garden. His owners have contacted the dog warden and Cliffe kennels and are about to start postering. It is thought some one may have found taken him in and hopefully they will take him to a vets to be scanned or report finding him to the dog warden. Anyone finding a dog is required by law to inform the dog warden.
Hoping Toby is back home with his family very soon x
