lovely message from owners in admin emails

Hi all,

We are sending you an update to let you know we are thrilled to say we have been
reunited with our wonderful dog Chiko. A very kind soul found him yesterday and took
him down to Castle Vets this morning. Our family is so relieved, especially our
little boy who was most upset that his best mate had gone missing. I would like to
say a special THANK YOU to Castle Vet for looking after him and to Dog Lost for
their kind offer to help us search for him. We were overwhelmed by the offer of
support and help to search for our little dog who means the world to our family.

Thank you again from a very happy and relieved family.

I had left a message for Chiko's owners to offer assistance & was thrilled to see that by the time I logged back in - he has been found...wonderful news!!!

..Thanks for the Alert Jayne!.....Thankfully due to an immediate door to door poster drop Chiko has been located at Castle vets....so he is being reunited shortly....due to the international micro chip the vets couldnt get the details........international micro chips even though they hold your details would need to be re registered with one of our microchip companys (I think im right in saying this) ...so if relocating to England is always worth looking into and checking out.Last edited: 2012-10-21 11:19:31 by Shereen

Sorry to see that Chiko is missing. As it is the Out of Hours Dog Wardens that usually operate during weekends -It could be that someone has taken him in and will report him to the Dog Warden on Monday. Have you contacted all the surrounding vets? I used to live in Lower Elmstone Drive but now in Pangbourne so know the area well. I'm guessing you walk Chiko in Sulham Woods - could he have taken himself off on a walk to the woods? If you could keep us updated with sightings etc then it will give the helpers an area to concentrate on. I'm happy to help with posters - just need to know where you have postered already. POSTERS are vital as this is how you will get told of sightings &If you haven't already put posters up- you need to POSTER as quickly as possible. I hope you have Chiko back home soon.
