- we saw a dog of similar description in Bath - he looked young- he/she was being held on a lead beside another dog (larger, multi colour, long coat) - outside the chinese takeaway at the top of the Wellsway (not far from the Frome road). Just wondering whether someone could have picked him up near Frome

- Scooby, it certianly worth mentioning, for owner to check out - thank you. There is a mountain bike meeting at King Alfreds Tower this weekend, if anyone can get there to spread the word. I have contacted everyone I can think of in that area!

- Updated to SW and bumped - been out this morning, no sign, but as he is a fit distance dog, he could be anywhere by now if he did not stay local. Skylark, I think near home is still a good place to concentrate though. I will also keep an eye out Bruton/Evercreech way as will be up there next few days.

- Yes, I had to go back to email link as well to view poster, As was looking for South West. Yes, Kilmington is a village next to the Stourhead estate, in fact visitors go to Kilmington to visit King Alfred's Tower. So that area would be a good starting point Skylark. I have been up that way a lot recently looking out for Whisky after possible sightings, I have driven up that way this evening and notifed friends who farm at Kilmington I will get out towards that way with the dogs in the morning from Bourton and can get out Penselwood way Friday afternoon. Owners: please get plenty of Doglost posters up anywhere you can think of that people walk dogs, there is a place people park on the airfield as well as anywhere you can get away with on the Stourhead Estate. Do pop in and speak to the receptionist in the estate office and give her a poster to show to staff. I will spread the word as much as I can and put up some posters in Bourton and Gillingham.

- A typo error I suspect. Kilmington is SW not SE. Wondered why I couldn't find him on a search!

- Any more info on where Jackson went missing? I can go up there this afternoon, a starting point would help. Is it in the Stourhead area?
