- Please make sure you report your dog as lost to your local council. Kingston out of hours service should be: 08444828337. Also contact surrounding council areas. You can contact who your chip is registered with i.e. petlog and let them know that your pet is missing and the details aren't correct. They should be able to put a note on the system for you.
