- Delighted Dolly is safe after that very scary misadventure. I also have an adorable PBGV, she's a rehomed female whom I had for 4 months now, I would love to read the article that Nik mentioned if somebody could send me a link. Thanks.

- Thrilled to see that Dolly is safe and back home. These little hounds have such strong hunting instincts they really do need to be exercised on extending leads, they just cannot be trusted. One of mine coursed a hare down a major road I nearly had a heart attack !! Stay safe now Dolly those railway lines have lots of bunnies but are very dangerous places for dogs. Welcome home sweetheart xx

- I was getting a sense of deja vu this afternoon and now I've suddenly remembered. Dolly raced off on her own - along with housemate Humphrey - in March. I even mentioned these two in the piece I wrote in the club magazine about keeping bgvs on extending leads !!

- Contacting club and chairman who doesn't live too far away. PBGV world is small, so chances are that SuzeeBee and I know who this is.

- The rail track is a concern, please notify network rail ASAP so that they know to look out for Dolly. She will probably return to where she went missing when she has finished hunting. Follow all the information on the post below and get those posters up everywhere. Stay safe Dolly and keep away from the railtrack.
