- Great news.

- Great news that she's been caught.
A martingale collar would be far better than a harness - no chance of slipping out of one of those! If owners are not sure where to find one then just do an internet search as there are plenty of places who do lovely ones x - 2012-11-03 09:59 Mollychops
- Good plan Snoopdog, its very easy for sighthounds to slip out backwards of collars if they are frightened.

- Brilliant news. 3 sightings 500 yds apart in a triamgle in the area Darcey went missing.Last sighting10mins ago Owners have been there searching and have just called me.The fosterer of Darcy is there too with her dogs that Darcey knows, so its all looking very positive!! Owner is putting down food and ive suggested some smelly fish pilchrds etc.Ive stressed what we dont want is her running onto the A419 which is next door. She seems to be contained to her area atm, and we dont want her scared off by anything. Ive explained if they see her, not to make eye contact no sudden movements, ssit down on the floor and call her name softly and try to entice her with food, Thanks Lilybear. Fantastic comms support as alwaysLast edited: 2012-11-03 09:00:26 by Mollychops

- Hi there all of those dog lost volunteers we need your help Darcy's foster mum is travelling up from Bristol first thing tomorrow with her 2 dogs that Darcy knows well and has lived with over the ast few weeks... Please can we get as many volunteers as possible to arrive at the meeting point which is the car park close to the cemetery in Stratton which is the Swindon crematorium .. Pleas can we get there for 12 noon if possible we need to print off as many posters from the doglost website as possible I will have polly pockets which are waterproof to hand out... Those who are local to Swindon and surround think about sharing the missing dog on your Facebook pages and social networking sights to raise awareness for this dog ASAP.. She is scared and it is bonfire night celebrations this weekend which will confuse her even more.. Has anyone got a trap that we can maybe get in situ as to where she was last seen we need to get familiar markings and scents close to the last seen point. Her last foster mum will be bringing both dogs that Darcy knows and lived with over the past few weeks to see if she can entice her back to the sight she ran from tomorrow ... We need volunteers and they need to be quiet so as not to frighten her if she is spotted please call my number and I will pass them onto the foster parent to follow up... No direct eye contact keep low to the ground to gain her trust maybe some smelly foods like sardines etc would be good.. 07810503006 if she is sighted for the moment as I haven't asked if I can give out any other numbers as yet ... Watch for updates... Xxx
