- Made my week seeing Chloe is in the blue this morning! I have been following her progress on here most days and having a dachshund myself I know how cheeky they can be. So pleased she seems none the worse for her experience.

- Chloe will have a vet check. She has dropped some weight but seems in fairly good shape otherwise. An owner came forward for the 2 dogs caught by Chrissie and Lip later on so they don't need to go on site.

- Chrissie and Lip have managed to catch a pair of loose dogs afterwards who were causing a nuisance at Holmewood, no rest for Team Bones! They are now on their way to hand them in. I will put them on Found when I know more about them. From what I know so far they don't look like a match for any on here, but one of them is chipped.

- The sighting yesterday was at Middle Handley in a ladies front garden at 15:00pm. The lady says her dog has been going crazy for a couple of days at a wall, when the lady looked over it she said Chloe shot off through the field Hundall way (As her dog scared her). The place she came from had a patch of flattened leaves so hopefully she had returned there over two days. Going out this morning again :)

- Another sighting somewhere else but local, don't have exact location, a few mins ago, owner on way.
- 2012-11-07 15:28 chrissie
- sighted again by joy at 1.30pm wandering round the same patch of wood as i saw her this morninghave also found what seems to be a little of her fur in some wire fencing and have been back to check out other sighting places which have given us some very clear footprints and a probable sleeping "den"
- 2012-11-07 10:10 Owl
- Sighted about half hour ago by Chrissie in field opposite my house going along edge of wood. This is very close to Travellers Rest.

- I just want to say a huge thank you to CHRISSIE (who is keeping me as positive as I can be at the moment, but I don't know what we would all do without her!!), JOY, LIP and OWL and WENDY who took time out of her day off to help and KATE who keeps phoning. There was a sighting as OWL says this morning, and a lady rang to say she saw her yesterday at 3pm but only saw the posters to ring today. So grateful for everything everyone is doing. I am going over later with Terry to post more flyers and have a look around. Then regroup in the morning bright and early for more searching :) Hope she is home soon x

- Just been out with Chrissie, joy and lip (and owl earlier). Chloe has had 8 sightings today in Apperknowle on the housing estate (near the old peoples bungalows) on the street as if you are going back down to towards Unstone and in that loop of the houses. Apparently there is another dachshund lost in the same area but they say it is definitely Chloe. Came very close to people earlier on today but a car pulled up and scared her and she ran away. This is very positive news. Thank you so much to everyone I hope it isnt long before she is home. She must be hungry by now!

- Had a last attempt tonight at putting posters on cars around dronfield and bus stops/doctors/take aways/the forge and schools. Hope someone has her chip checked or brings her home tomorrow. Will be out in the morning putting small posters door to door :) Come home little one!
- 2012-11-04 16:02 xWendyx
- I've been all round Coal Aston, Dronfield, Jordanthorpe and Batemoor but sadly no luck. I saw posters round the area she went missing from and near the garden centre but none at Jordanthorpe or Batemoor. (my printer is playing up so couldn't print any). Hopefully someone has picked her up and taking care of her over the weekend until they can ring the dog warden x

I'm coming across to Dronfield this afternoon to search - 2012-11-04 09:03 pleasehelp
- I was wondering what else I can do, Going to go door to door with Terry later as he is away this morning, I finished work at 7 this morning and put posters around where you first said OWL, so now we are going to go near the ambulance station down from Dyche Lane and surrounding areas :)
- 2012-11-04 08:37 pleasehelp
- That is positive! Any news is good news in all honesty! Really hope she's home soon x
- 2012-11-04 08:26 Owl
- There has been a sighting during yesterday of a cream dachs running loose, seen by a lady who is a regular helper with Doglost and well known to us, and this was by the ambulance station down from Dyche Lane. Chloe did indeed go down by the side of the co-op, Wispa showed us where she squeezed under the railings. Terry explained about the jack russell on Dyche Lane but according to Wispa's nose, Chloe was also in that area.
- 2012-11-04 08:13 pleasehelp
- When we had a phone call to say there was a sighting of a small white dog, Terry went to the area and there was a mostly white dog on that street but it was a jack Russell who belonged to a farm there so I don't think the sighting was Chloe :( Apparently when Chloe ran two people were stood at the gate and didnt see her go past which would have meant she had gone down towards the front of the co-op. I hope to god someone picked her up and are looking after her. The support from here has been brilliant and inspires me to do the same as I am looking for dogs missing in the same area. Please do not give up on Chloe :( We miss her so much x
- 2012-11-03 19:56 Owl
- Wispa got a trail which did a few circuits round Chloe's home area then cut through to Coal Aston and straight to the Ferndale garden centre on Dyche Lane, so the sighting of "small light dog" posted by wicked weims was likely to be Chloe. The usual gang aka Team Bones are out searching and postering, bless them.

- It might be an idea to post her details on the *local* RSPCA website too - http://rspcasheffield.homeip.net/cgi-bin/lostandfound.py?lostorfound=lost&species=Dog This is the 'lost' section, they also have a found section which it might be worth keeping an eye on.
