- Just seen this posted on Facebook:
Stacey Thompson - Lost and Found pets in Leeds
There's a very well taken care of lost dog roaming around near the Upper Lake / Mansion at Roundhay Park at the moment. It looks like a miniature lassie type (sorry...I don't kno exact breed) but it is very stressed and nervous. Park wardens and ourselves were trying for around 40mins to get close but it was too scared. Please share and find its owner - 2013-03-27 20:15 sukimax

- Shelties usually come back to the spot they go missing from so scent that area and keep returning to it. Very clever, resourceful dogs who can survive in the wild. They do run scared though and are spooky, but will return when calmed down. Fingers crossed for you.

- There have been several recent sightings of Lola. She was seen late yesterday evening at the roundabout of the Britannia hotel (Seacroft opposite Tescos) running towards the housing estate. Several people joined in a search of the area when the news came but unfortunately she still hasn't been found. There are many involved who are reporting on her Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/LostSheltie
so please continue to keep an eye out for this girl. - 2012-11-21 13:28 karen

- There have been sightings reported of Lola over the past few days.
One on Monday evening near the Skyliner fish shop, one near Matalan near Selby Road on Tuesday and one this morning near the back of Roundhay park.
These possible sightings could indicate that Lola is trying to make her way back home.
Really hoping for more news of her very soon.
Areas where she has been sighted have been heavily postered.

- Hoping and praying that Lola is soon reunited with her family. Shared on Facebook, Google+ and my website homepage. Please let me know if I can do any more e.g. printing flyers.

- Sadly there have has been no further news or sighings of Lola since those at Temple Newsam on Friday. Petlog have been contacted.. Her owers have been postering, contacted the dog warden and some Stray kennels. I have given them the numbers for Cliffe Kennels, Mount Pleasant, Flushyke kennels.Fleet kennels and Alfie's Kennels . With so many fireworks going off in the last few days Lola may well be lying low somewhere and hopefully will show herself again soon xxLast edited: 2012-11-04 15:06:32 by Jumanji - Co-ordinator.South.Yorkshire

- Sorry to see that LOLA STILL MISSING is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (44676)
- Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
- You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
- If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
- If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
- Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
- DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
