- Great news that Snoopy's owner was found and hopefully his nasty ear infection will clear up with his antibiotics or surgery if not. Julie x

- Snoopy's owner has been found, thanks to Barkingside Police for putting the lost/found call together - even though they do not have the duty of care anymore! The owner collected Snoopy from Di last evening and they are aware of his ear infection. He is on antibiotics but may have to have surgery :( Snoopy bolted after a walk when he heard the fireworks about 8.30pm on the Saturday night about a mile from where he was found. No thanks here for the Dog Warden (SDK) who gave a 4 hour ETA on the Saturday night, then a 4 hour ETA on Sunday (which ended up at least 7.5 hours and no arrival). Good job it was Di that found this dog, lots would not have hung on to him this long. Disgraceful service when the local boroughs supposedly have a duty of care to these animals!

- Poor thing, so glad he is safe and warm, away from the fireworks and hopefully getting treatment for his ear infection. Lucky boy. Hope he gets a home (or his owner turns up, and gets a reprimand for letting his ears get so bad!)

- This dog has chronic, pus ridden infection in both ears. This could be why he was so aggressive last night.
