- thank you all for your help ... we've no idea how Toby managed to get so far ... if you google map you will see it was a long way, either over the Downs or along railway line ... just incredible! My mother is so happy to be reunited with her pet

- So hope Toby is soon found safe and well - was just wondering whether it would be worth contacting the Racing yards and stables around the downs in case they have seen him at all. With all good luck for finding Toby. Julie x

- Really worried about tonight as it's another heavy fireworks night ... no sight of Toby yet ... have posted another 10 posters and leaflets in 60 neighbours doors. Have contacted all the numbers suggested . Liz thanks for looking ... Toby has a dog walker and they do on the Downs at least twice a day with other dogs and are going over the tracks that Toby would know. I've contacted Southern Rail and Network Rail as the back garden faces the London - Brighton line ... nothing has been reported.
