It was probably early lunchtime, the lady was quite well groomed older retired age but not really elderly frail or anything, the only thing i noticed was the very edge of the fluffy ruffle round neck area could have darker flecks than in photo, sorry but i only glanced at them really love these little dogs hope to have one eventualy

my son and i went to skegness for the day on the 5th october, we were walking near the sea front on the path walk next to the beach, and an older woman was walking with a similar dog
