According to my MP the curfew on fireworks on Bonfire is midnight until 7am. Other times 11pm to 7am. Unfortunately some individuals ignore this curfew. My MP is consulting Chief of Police in my area about this problem.

As you can see from my previous comments we also had a "Nightmare weekend" It`s about time the public had a say about confining fireworks to Public displays only. As I said before it is all about money, money, money I think.

We've been subjected to 3 nights of all I can describe is living next dooor to a Bomb Factory. I'm on the brink of sorting them out - wouldn't care but they know all the neighbours have pets around them and muggins here has to pick all the damp squibs out of the garden - next time I'm going to invite them over to pick them up!! Better still invite them in to see the state of my dogs !!

Claire Weston Turville. We were subjected to noisy fireworks from saturday night until the early hours of Sunday morning (In spite of double glazing) I believe it is against the law now to set fireworks off between 11pm and 7pm. I have e.mailed our MP, and am awaiting a reply.

MojoPeanut. I agree with you that fireworks should only be lit at organized displays, but it`s all about money I`m afraid, as I believe the Government get tax back from the sale of fireworks.

So sorry to see this about Bella, now at play with Lady. My thoughts and prayers are with her owners. Night, night, beautiful Bella, sleep tight. Please look down on your owners who really need your strength at this sad time. When the time is right Bella will be reunited with her family, and they will cross the bridge together.
