Hi Rosy, glad you got my message! The dog on Rochdale site has been named by them as Bob. Don't know about the other one's name. Did you look at him as well? Good luck in finding Pud. DonnaLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi there, this is rosy the owner of pud! sorry my mobile has been playing up just looked on the dog pages and if its the dog called Jock its not him! Thanks for all your help though, it does look a bit like him but its too old, Pud is only about 3 and looks much more like a staffie than that one, but a very good look a like! I really do think that this webite is excellent though gives owners with missing pets some sort of hope in knowing there are kind people out there trying to help. Thank you. Rosy xxxxxxx.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Tried contacting the owner to let them know about the 2 possible look-a-likies but can't get through. They rang me back but as soon as I answered they hung up. Do we have another means of communication for them? Seems such a shame that they might be missing these possiblities!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

A dog has been found in East Midlands area, looks similar to pud but may not have as much white under the chin. It's difficult to tell in the photos. He's at East Midlands Animal Rescue - tel no. 01773 718357. I saw him on dogpages under 'more dogs' described as a collie x but definitely looks like staffie in there too. Good luck.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

rosy - sounds like pud is on the loose - BLAST the area with as many posters as you can, and try and get a piece in the local paper. The more people aware of him in that vicinity the more likely it is someone will hold onto him when spotted! Put food down for hiim in the area where the sighting was and scent the area too - that should keep him there. Good luck. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

There was a possible sighting of Pud yesterday evening in the Russels Hall area of Dudley. A lady saw a dog matching our description running along the Dudley Bipass, we went and had a look but no sign, so people in that area please keep your eyes open for him and give me a call with any news! Thanks Rosy xxxxx.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
