I've spoken to RSPCA again and had a reply to email to AW, they have left a message with owners of the two missing to contact the RSPCA.

These two found are still in Halewood RSPCA, I was in there late this afternoon. Hope they are reunited soon.
I'll send the details of the found directly to the RSPCA via email and through fb and try and contact them in the morning, can also email the AW's with the details of the missing and alert them to the found ones.
