Hi, Rocco is my dog. Thank you for all your comments and your help in trying to find him. It absolutely means the world to me. I'm going to come over to wibsey and put more posters up but if you live in the area please keep spreading the word. Thank you again for all the help everyone is giving, it means so much to me. Thank you x

I think this has been duplicated. I walked around wibsey park at 3pm today with my dog but saw nothing. I did not notice any posters in wibsey park. Might be worth postering around the park as lots of people walk their dogs in there. I would help poster but I don't have access to a printer. Hope this little dude is found safe and well soon! X

Also check with PDSA. Beacon road is a very long road from Wibsey roundabout near the park to Highgate road, can we get a more accurate point he was last seen?. I will be out at very early in the morning in the fields at clayton so will look out. My friend lives in a second floor flat on Beacon road a good spot to keep an eye open so I'll speak to her in the morning. I work in a local school so can place a poster there if still missing in the morning.

Just a thought it may an idea to register with Halifax dog warden as well as Bradford and also check with the RSPCA Someone could have been heading home and picked him up on the way. Halifax is only about 20 mins drive from Beacon Road area.
hope this poor little guy is home quickly.

Thanks skippy and jayne.
Rocco was with a friend of the owner when he went missing so is in an unfamiliar area.
He went missing around 12.30 in the afternoon and had his lead attached though it had retracted in.
There were possible sightings of him between the time he went missing and around 1.15pm in the Beacon road area. There was a possible sighting of someone in a car picking him up around 1.15.
friend is going to check with owner as to whether Rocco is microchipped.
He has been reported to the out of hours services and holding kennels and will be re-reported to the dog warden services tomorrow.
Have requested a photo which will hopefully be texted or mailed through soon.
If found, any dog must be reported to the dog warden services, as is required by LAW
Hoping for news of him very soon
xx
