- Okay as owner knows the whereabouts of the dog it is out of our jurisdiction...if owner needs advice they can ring petdetectives on 01483 278259....mention doglost and you will get a free appraisal of the situation legally...any more services may be charged..but sometimes its cheaper than going through the civil courts.

- Hi rachelhayball, I too was anxious to know more. The owner very much appreciated your call. For now, just to clarify. Tilly has not gone missing today. That was my main concern as local. The owner appreciates that the doglost report is concerning and he asked that I might update. This would appear to be a complicated civil matter which has been ongoing since July 2011. In view of the circumstances there would appear to be no immediate concerns for Tilly. The owner informs me he has no doubt that she is safe and living in her new home. He continues to seek civil advice.
