There is a section on the rspca halifax website where you can register a lost dog. It asks for contact details etc so I haven't done it. If rocco was picked up on beacon road it could be possible someone was heading halifax way so may be worth registering rocco on there.

On the other I'd it says possible sighting of rocco getting picked up. Is this still the case? I would certainly pick a dog up if I saw it alone with a lead attached. I will try get some posters printed tomorrow and help out and I will keep searching through the wooded area in the park just in case. I also keep checking gumtree etc and will share as much as I can on facebook. X

Thank you again for all your support and comments it really does mean so much to me and my son who miss him so much. Just hope he's safe and not scared he's only little and still a puppy. X

Hi, he's my dog. Thank you all for your messages I really appreciate them all. Your all very kind people. Both me and my friend have posted pics on this site so he's on here twice. I'll come put more posters up around the park and in wibsey. I just want him home safe. It's my own silly fault for not getting him chipped sooner. Thank you so much for everyone who is looking out for him it means the absolute world to me. Thank you xx

Any new info? I live in wibsey and have not noticed any posters other than the ones on beacon road. Would it be worth putting one in the big tescos on halifax road and in morrisons on mayo avenue? Has there been any sightings since the one in wibsey park? I did have a walk through the wooded area today in the park but again nothing : ( x

I think this has been duplicated. I walked around wibsey park at 3pm today with my dog but saw nothing. I did not notice any posters in wibsey park. Might be worth postering around the park as lots of people walk their dogs in there. I would help poster but I don't have access to a printer. Hope this little dude is found safe and well soon! X

I will email Rocco's photo to my dog walking friends in that area also you need to put some posters up at the entrance to Judy Woods, there are plenty of dog walkers there who will watch out for him.
