Had been checking on Farndon's page, and was so sorry to come in tonight and see the update, so wished he could have got back home to you safely, but at least you have closure, not that it will make losing him any easier, but for those who never know what happened, the pain must be much worse xx

Reports of two sightings around Kilton Golf Course in Worksop. One of a dog looking like him running around loose but couldn't be caught and one a few days ago of a lady walking a Border Terrier that she said she had recently acquired.

Farndon was advertised in the Worksop Guardian yesterday

We went back yesterday and took up the trail from where we left it last time. Followed it for a couple of miles through the Osbertone estate, then down a green lane to where a public bridle path crossed. We turned left down the bridle path, I was feeling cheered as he was doing a circuit which would have taken him back to where he started out. But then the ground scent which was fairly good just stopped dead. Wispa sniffed ground and air, nothing. We think a walker or rider has picked him up at that point. He may possibly have lost his collar during his rummagings through the undergrowth, but he is chipped.
Doglady
I have posted on my Fb page also Dog Lost sites do hope Fardon is found safe .good luck for today.x
DogLostOwl
Got the trail ok and followed it for at least 3 miles. Farndon appears to have gone into the Osberton estate. We had to suspend the search as we were in the middle of farmland and had to walk back to the vehicles, also we had to obtain permission from the estate which they have kindly given for us to pursue the trail there. Back again tomorrow. It does explain why the local dog walkers haven't seen him, he moved away from the usual footpaths on to land with no public access.

Come home soon Fardon safe and well Please

Possibly the colour grizzle isn't on the drop down menu on the form. We are meeting owner this morning to see if Wispa can get a scent and see which direction Farndon took.

Theres a Border Terrier male in the found section tonight but in North West Area
Inkie's Mum
There's no such colouring as Brindle on a Border, he's a grizzle. Do hope he's found safely soon
