Ive heard there were travellers on the common at the weekend so these dogs could have been left by them

Has this dog been reunited with her owner yet? I remember when my Oscar first went missing we found a Jack Russell with no id and he belonged to someone who lived on Harlow Common and the owner had other dogs as well that apparently were always escaping so this girl could belong to them?
