"UPDATE: It is with great pleasure that I can announce the fantastic news that Tori has been FOUND!!! I would like to thank Ben Haskell for doing honourable thing of returning Tori to us despite him being a victim of a selling scam.

I would also like to thank everybody on this facebook page that have supported me and my daughter in the search for Tori :)

What a great way to end 2012!!!"

Great News facebook page says he has been found - i am sure family will confirm. It appears someone bought him without knowing he was stolen saw all the posters and facebook page and returned him to family just in time for New Year Celebrations :)

I go walking every day and will change my route to the areas tori may of been sighted.I want you to have hope if we all take time to look for tori hopefully we we find her.

I have just seen another update on Tori's FB page:

"UPDATE: A grey/blue staffy was spotted today past Tesco and up the road onto New Road. The person was a lady was wearing a white hooded top and dark trousers and had a knitted cream coloured hat on. It appeared that she may have a short style haircut and her hair is very dark, maybe even black. It was between 8.10am and 8.20am today. Initially they were they were on the opposite side of the shell garage.

The lady seemed a bit cautious as she pulled her hat down over her face more when this person spotted was spotted again."

UPDATE: There has been another sighting of a blue staff with a thin white stripe on his chest being walked in Mill Road, LB on Xmas eve at 16.30. He was being walked by a man with a bald/shaven head and was heading away from Church St, going towards the mini roundabout, just past Lamsey Court.

Adding this comment taken from facebook page. Seems a few negative comments were put on police web site after a possibilty of a dog similiar to Tori was seen being put into a car. Maybe police traced owner and they themselves had a dog that looked like Tori. Police need facts and proof to act and the best way with infomation is to give direct to police and let them handle it- not put on facebook where feelings and comments often get emotional.

UPDATE: This is a message from the Police:

"We have reviewed the CCTV camera in North Street, Leighton Buzzard based on the information you have provided and the result is negative. I understand you have also contact all types of Media in the area in the hope of any sightings of your dog. Although this is a distressful time for you all enquiries have proven negative, and we will have to file thi...
s report. But should further evidence come to light then the report will be reviewed"

We have a couple of opportunties we're working on through the help of people from the facebook page but I cannot disclose anything as it may compromise our investigation. But keep spreading the news and if there are any sightings, inbox me only :))

I was working in Heath and Reach today and stopped and had a walk about - I did not see one poster for Tori on my travels - owners need to get every lamp post, temporary traffic light bus stop & notice board postered - if someone works on a route and only calls once a week like I do they would be oblivious to the fact that Tori is missing but may hold the vital clue to where he has gone

dont mean to judge people but might be worth checking near travellers sites, i know that the one in mk was raided before and stolen dogs were found. do you want any specific help, posters in certain areas or emails sent, i can help, we really feel for you. let me know.

My other half runs up at Stockgrove and Rushmere quite often, with our two dogs, and we dread to think how you must feel. We're keeping an eye out for Tori for you, and keeping everything crossed that he comes home soon. Stay positive, and keep postering.

i live in leighton buzzard. today i walked through the legion area of heath and reach woods, through stockgrove and part of rushmere but didnt spot tori. if you need help searching please let me know.
