This dog is home! The finder called us at BDCH this morning so I put him in touch with owner.Nice way to start my day though I did wake up the finder when i called him at 8am!

Can I just mention that, looking at his picture, Cookie is not a King Charles but is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
Could someone check and amend the breed name please.
