- So sorry i didn't update! i am struggling to keep up with posts on facebook and other sites - have reposted this info to the things for sale in Daventry group!
- 2012-12-10 09:59 Liz Cox
- I have just spoken to Daventry dog warden and there was a possible sighting on Southbrook last Tuesday morning. The owners have some posters for me so I will put those up on the estate.
- 2012-12-08 12:19 Liz Cox
- Thank you Sue.
- 2012-12-08 11:53 B30
- Thanks Liz. What a shame we didn't know earlier so that his page could be bumped, I hope he's still in the area.
Please look out for Zac folks. - 2012-12-08 11:34 Liz Cox
- I have just been told by the owners that Zak was spotted on Wednesday evening about 9.30p.m. opposite Intapart by Just Tyres in Daventry. Please look out for him in that area.
- 2012-12-05 11:05 B30
- Thanks Liz Cox. I'm not sure whether you spoke to the TLO or someone in the office but I've emailed her Zac's poster directly just in case.
- 2012-12-04 13:07 Ozzie
- My sister will be printing some posters of just Zac soon so will drop them in the shop Louise! That's great Liz! thankyou! I have contacted Daventry Express and they are running a letter from me in this weeks paper! just trying to spread the word as far as we can! Shadow will need more surgery in the next day or so? She is having to have her dislocated hip fixed but it seems the injury had started to heal so they can just pop it back in! Not sure if your aware but the vet now also believes she was set about by a wild animal whilst lying defenceless (fox or badger) so our poor girl really has been through it all!! on the up - they have said she can come home for 48 hours until her next op so we are delighted! x
- 2012-12-04 10:22 Liz Cox
- I have just spoken to a very nice lady at the Travellers Liason Department in Northampton, and given her Zak's details. I know you are really busy with Shadow, so thought I could help this way instead! Also contacted the council and the kennels. Thinking of you all, Liz. X

- 2012-12-02 12:53 Unknown
- I'm so pleased Shadow will be ok. I really hope you find Zac soon.
- 2012-12-02 11:25 Ozzie
- Hello all! firstly like to thank you all, i was in the fields when i believe Sue spoke to my brother in law and sister - thanks for helping out in the search! We visited shadow this morning and she has turned a corner- massive improvement and she is up walking around (although a little briskly) she was wining and wimpering to come home with us. The wounds to her back and shoulders are very nasty and although she is due to have surgery to remove copper strips from deep within the wound they believe she will be fine. We are now thinking these may of been caused by a road incident as radiators contain copper strips. We will keep you all updated on her progress and thankyou for the continued support and attempts to find Zac! Although we have still had no joy we aren't giving up and are getting more posters made up to start flyering all surrounding villages!

- I went along the Everdon footpath this morning, you can see for miles across the fields, and went along the A45 past the Newnham turn to the lay by, and called and looked. There is a wood that may be worth investigating. Will call you later. Any news on Shadow?
- 2012-11-30 20:50 B30
- Dodford and Daventry helpers have already had alerts.
- 2012-11-30 20:14 B30
- Yes, will change it now Shadow is found
- 2012-11-30 16:40 Unknown
- Sue, is it possible for you to remove the photo of Shadow and to send alerts to people in Dodford and Daventry. Thanks
- 2012-11-30 16:18 Unknown
- Please can everyone in the areas mentioned by the owner PLEASE look out for Zac. Thank you.
- 2012-11-30 15:42 Ozzie
- Zac has not been found!! please can you remove shadow from picture and leave the white Husky on forum!! she was found injured but no sign of Zac!
- 2012-11-30 15:35 Ozzie
- Missing Dog Update! Shadow is no longer missing, she has been found injured by the side of the road near Nova Van rental on the A45 (Dodford) severely dehydrated and injured, unable to walk. She has been taken to the vets but they need to get her stable before they can xray her to see the full severity of her injuries / breaks if any. She has on the positive side - possibly been there unable to move for a number of days which the vet believes may mean no serious internal injury what with such cold temperatures last night. Zac on the other hand is still missing but we now know the area they were in so can narrow our search! Please keep a look out for a White Husky around the Dodford / Newnham toward Daventry - praying we get good news from the vets and shadow will make a recovery!!

- I did speak to the lady at length yesterday and mentioned the travellers unit at Northampton. In light of the post about the scrap man, I feel this is very important, although they come round here regularly, but you never know, and this department may know where he is based.
- 2012-11-30 11:33 Riverlady
- have tweeted link to local Heart radio + Northants news....
- 2012-11-30 10:34 Liz Cox
- Have you phoned the traveller department of the police yet. It could be important. They are very helpful.
- 2012-11-30 09:24 Ozzie
- They are still missing with no sightings! News came in that scrap men were in the area collecting scrap metal too on the night they went missing which is highly worrying! :( all your efforts are really appreciated! many thanks!

- Sorry to see that ZAC is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (45756)
- Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
- You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
- If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
- If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
- Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
- DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
