If it isn't Wilson, it could very well be Oscar. I just hope its one of them! I am calling Oscar's owner, Lucy to make sure she does see this boy. x

We are not 100 percent sure, as always difficult to tell from photos but think this might be my friends dog who was registered on this site on 25 October ID 44252, Wilson. Friend can't log on to site but she and her husband have both viewed photo of found dog and think it may be and will call Colchester City Council, presume this will have to be Monday now? If you have any further information or advice before Monday, please leave message or call owner, Mrs Wilson 07746 755462. Here is hoping its Wilson
